We arrived and were told that we could not stay because the door locks weren’t working.
The Grand hotel had my contact details. Why wasn’t I notified earlier? It’s not like the staff were run off their feet with bookings.
The two men at the hotel were not helpful.
They lied to me and said that I would be refunded the following day. They did not tell me that the bookings were outsourced to a company in USA. If they had of I would not have left until I’d been refunded. I was not refunded yesterday.
In fact I can see from your email that they didn’t put the refund through until yesterday.
Luckily I’m local.
I’ll be going to see them today.
