Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality.

fun time in a fun town
We had a great time. The room turned out to be a 1 br + 1 living room apartment + a well-equipped kitchenette, with lovely balconies around. Everything was clean and very convenient. Great Condo-Hotel right in the middle of Arcachon. You can walk from the train station , walk to the beach, groceries right downstairs as well as tons of restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite (teens slept on the sofabed which maybe could have been better) but overall really good. No need to have breakfast as the hotel with plenty of options around (and cheaper).
