This place served our purpose. Positives - friendly staff, clean bathroom, great breakfast. Negatives - This property is old, tired, and dirty. The hallway carpet looks like it hasn't been shampooed in years. It smells really bad. The place needs a lot of cosmetic repairs and a good cleaning. The room, above floor level, was clean and nice, but I really did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet.
