Worst property I’ve stayed at with Expedia. My room smelt of fish and possibly from previous bad meat, not sure what the smell came from but that’s the best explanation, very dirty in the halls, garbage piled up everywhere, what looks like juices from raw meat dripped all down the hall and dried up leaving a sour smell. The elevators only opened when someone came down to the first floor. No easy access to stairs and at one point could not access them completely leaving it an unsafe environment.

Stranded in front a locked building at night.
We were not able to cancel. After repeatedly asking who would welcome us at the locked building (our flight came in at 10 pm) we finally got an answer that someone would meet us. I saved the phone number of the person who called. I repeated called as the time got closer to verify. No answer. When we got to the building at 10:30 that night, it was deserted. No one was there for 60 min. We were on the street with our luggage. We had to get another hotel. We want our deposit and rental refunded.

Roosevelt was on point.
We were actually pretty impressed with the stay. The place was well secured. The check in process was detailed but we did have a little trouble locating the room. But a quick call to customer service helped us locate our room. They even followed up to see how we were doing. I would recommend this place and plan to stay here in the future.

Room was clean and spacious. Loved that there was in-room washer/dryer. Common areas were dirty from other residents or guests. It’s in the middle of a college town so weekend evening noise is a thing, but didn’t bother me because I’m a deep sleeper. Plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink. Very walkable to the heart of downtown. Just stay on the main streets.
