We stay at this hotel every summer for my birthday. The hotel is being renovated. Our room was updated and very nice. I would have liked a patio table/chair as there was none. Thats a great place to dry swimsuits. Also, our room door was very hard to open. The water park was clean and as expected. But the water was so incredibly warm that you could only swim in the main pool. On the Friday we were there a large group of teens checked in and overtook the pool area. That was quite frustrating. I may have to look for a different hotel in the future.

Check in was very smooth, and it was easy to find parking and our room. Staff were so nice at the lobby! Our room was very clean, great location on the property, and had everything we needed. We got a suite with one king bed and it was perfect. An area for those who want to stay up and watch tv or visit but still a separate bedroom for those who want to crash out. We loved the water park - it’s a very short walk from where our room was located. All the pools were awesome! Not overly crowded or too noisy. No problem finding sun chairs, and lots of space in the pool so you aren’t side by side everyone else. I used the texting/Claudia helper and had a couple questions that were answered right away. There’s food and shopping super close but it’s also easy to have food delivered if needed. Loved staying here for a birthday staycation and will definitely be back!
