On checking in staff asked for immediate payment of city tax for our 3 rooms, i have no problem paying it but expect a receipt for payments as this was a business trip. The staff member made it clear she would not do it that night, but told me i would get the receipt at check out. At 7.30 am when we left for an international journey the staff member on duty point blank refused to make me an invoice stating she was too busy and i would need to wait until 8am, when i protested she told me it would be emailed and i left empty handed, 2 days later no invoice or contact from the hotel, extremely poor customer service and something i have never encountered before in 25 years of travelling for work.
Hotel was ok, nice but limited and expensive restaurant that closed too early, they had to recycle our glasses to serve drinks despite the bar being empty, rooms are small, claustrophobic and have had a tiny bathroom added as an after thought.
