Wir haben diese Absteige auf Grund v. Flughafennähe und 24h Check/In gebucht. Wir haben erst um 3 Nachts einchecken. Dies auch mehrfach kommuniziert, allerdings nie ein Antwort bekommen. Vor Ort angekommen hieß es trotz Reservierung, dass es voll ist. Wir hatten auch schon gezahlt. Wir verbrachten unsere restliche Nacht dann am Flughafen, da die restlichen Hotels,die wir angefahren sind, ebenfalls voll waren. Schluss endlich viele Taxifahrten unsonst. Wir waren nur kurz im Eingangsbereich, dieser wirkte schäbig und heruntergekommen. Schluss endlich waren wir froh, dass wir dort nicht schlafen mussten. Die Gegend ist nachts sehr unangenehm, vor allem mit vollen Gepäck.

Tive problema no check in, cheguei de madrugada na cidade, não tinha ninguém na recepção eu toquei a campainha muitas vezes e custaram a me atender e ontem na madrugada aconteceu a mesma coisa com outros hóspedes. Não é verdade que tem recepção 24h. Não tem internet como dito no anúncio. O local não tem identificação na frente, não dá pra saber que é o hotel. Café da manhã é mais ou menos, mas fome a gente não passa, mas não oferece café sem açúcar. O lugar no geral é barulhento pela manhã, vc ouve as pessoas conversando de fora do seu quarto. Além disso o hotel está inacabado e está tendo diversas obras no local. Serviu para o que eu precisava no momento, mas eu não me hospedaria novamente. Só não cancelei o check in porque não consegui fazer isso no aplicativo. Tem outras opções melhores na cidade por uma pequena diferença de preço. Pesquisem melhor. Achei caro pelo que oferece... Sinceramente, não devia estar disponível na plataforma.

A hospedagem tem somente 15 dias. Precisávamos apenas um local para tomar banho e relaxar poucas horas pois tínhamos voo as 2h da manhã. O chuveiro não tinha cortina nem box, molhando tudo. A janela do banheiro não tinha ainda. Estava somente o vão da janela. A toalha estava toda manchada. A cama era muito boa e espaçosa, ar condicionado novo. Não tinha wifi.
