Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

The staff was helpful, service-minded and effective above and beyond what I expected. Two ladies there spoke excellent English. The others very little, but they did their utmost to help me in any way they can. Google Translate took care of the rest. Being a Gold-member of hotels.com, the VIP perks were promptly made available, and I felt so welcome and taken care of. The first room I was given smelled of tobacco smoke so I asked for a different room. In no time, they made a different room available for me, which smelled cleanliness and nothing else. The only downside was that there were technical difficulties with the internet connection, which wasn't solved by the time I checked out.

This hotel has become my only choice when I go to Kiev. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, service, quality, location and value. They have always given me an incredibly generous upgrade when I come. I had a beautiful one bedroom apartment this past stay. This is my home away from home in Kiev.

Allt var till belåtenhet. Jag fyllde år under slutet av vistelsen, och då kom personalen med mousserande vin och choklad. De är väldigt trevliga, säkerheten är bra och det går knappast att begära mer för det priset. Utanför ser det som ett lite ruffigare San Franciso, med spårvagn längs täta gator som sluttar nedåt. Trevligt område att promenera i.

Beware of the tram noise. Ask for the room which is not near to road side. Because the tram shakes up the whole building. But very good service and the standard. But the sleep quality because of the tram. Very bad.

An outstanding European style hotel with an outstanding staff, immaculately clean, with well appointed rooms and great location. My room had a good sized refrigerator (bigger than usual for a hotel) and a washer/dryer. The only drawback is that no breakfast is provided but there is food in immediate vacinity. I will be traveling to Kiev regularly and will go back to this hotel for certain.
