The location was superb, less than 5 minutes walk to the old town. Cristina was an excellent host with fabulous recommendations for places to eat. The view from the balcony was stunning. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on with cereal, fruit, ham and cheese, eggs cooked to your liking, cakes, yogurts etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A little oasis in Bergamo
We stayed just one afternnon and night arriving from Liguria and leaving from the Bergamo airport the next day early (very convenient location with the airport bus). This is a beautiful little home with an amazing host. Beramo is also a very enjoying city. This location is perfect for the upper town and has views on the beautiful countryside.

Christina is a gracious and hospitable host. She gave us precise directions to find the property from the train station and excellent museum and restaurant recommendations. The bedroom and washroom are spacious, and the views from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast was satisfying and fresh. The best place to stay in Bergamo
Our stay at this beautiful B&B was wonderful. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Cristina is an amazing host. She was extremely helpful, giving us plenty of maps, leaflets and reccomendations, as well as an impressive breakfast in the morning. Location is perfect, very easily reached from airport by bus and within enjoyable 5 min walking distance to Piazza Vecchia. This was a gem of a find and would stay there again.

As noted by others, locating the premises can be difficult (especially if there is an event blocking certain roads or if you are one person trying to use the handwritten guidance provided by the owner). Maybe a map would be helpful for guests who need to avoid the ZTL? Nice breakfast.

What a beautiful place

Lovely b&b in the historic upper city with very kind host who gave us local tips about bergamo. Calm and charming neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony. Note for light sleepers-bring earplugs because the red room is next to the shared bathroom/toilet.

On the positive side this place is in a great location and two of the three rooms have great views. On the negative side there is little in the way of service. To our query about local info the owner said "go ask at the tourist office." There appears to be rationing/penny pinching at breakfast. Fruits and meats are sliced razor thin and not replenished (one gets the impression that they are on strict accounting). Check in hours are very limited - if you plan to arrive outside the one hour provided for check-in get in contact with the owner. Contrary to what this site says you will be insistently required to pay in cash.

Traditional B&B with a terrific view.
We needed a place to use as a base to visit friends. This was ideal and superbly located for ease of travel either by walking or on the local buses. We walked every night into the old city centre with its charming streets and historic buildings. To visit the new city was easy too with excellent bus services and the funiculare (short steep rail service from the upper city to the lower one). This service goes on late into the night. Local travel was cheap and reliable.
