I would not rate this hotel the 4 stars Hotels.com rates it. I will be genorous and rate it a 2.5 star. Jacuzzi was not working properly, asked for extra pillows and was denied. Elevator to the 6th. Floor was broken, had to take 2 floors of stairs. Tv volume was too low and froze often.

It was an ok experience, lack of amenities it woud be great if they had an ice machine and didn’t have to come down to the lobby every time to get to the lower fellow to get your car. Bed is very comfy do and clean.

I have stayed at this property many times while visiting family. It is always super clean an the staff is always friendly. I miss having the restaurant open, it is a bit inconvenient having to leave the hotel to get coffee in the morning. Although coffeemaker and coffee are provided in the room, its not the same. I was encouraged at seeing the final touches being implemented for the re-opening of the restaurant. Also, a refresh to the rooms may be needed soon. In general this is a very comfortable, clean, and convenient property.

Tiene excelente ubicación, buen hotel en general, limpio, en las habitaciónes que tiene el jacuzzi se apaga a los 40 minutos de uso aprox. y vuelve a funcionar otra vez una hora despues lo cual es bastante incómodo; tambien hay mucho ruido de bombas o motores sobretodo en la noche , no se si son del mismo hotel o de los negocios que estan alrededor lo cual también es incómodo. Muy buena atención del personal.
