There was a mix-up with our room. It was more my fault than the management's. They solved the issue and moved quickly to solve the problem. VERY accommodating! This property is properly ranked as a 2 star but I stayed in 3-4 stars that weren't as clean and spacious as this one. We had a two-bedroom, great for a small family, or two travelers as we were! It was very clean and close ( walking ) to everything! I even went swimming in October too! The bottom line for us: Great value and great customer service! Well done Tiki Shores!

The location is perfect. Staff was great. The room was not great. The bed mattress was old, soft, not confortable and smelled weird. Seemed like the maintenance is not something important. Ceiling lamp missing, bathroom smelled rotten, floor dirty, old and broken. The worst of all is that one night I was awake by some noise in the kitchenette. Sure enough there are mouses behind the fridge. They have access inside the cupboard where pots and pans are. Pooping around! The staff is aware of that problem as a mouse trap was installed on top of the fridge. I don’t recommend this place. Good thing I have some international travel experience as most Canadian would not have tolerated this room for 4 nights. Good luck!

We expected much based on the pictures posted online. We were expecting a bright and some what updated room. Our room was dark and it appeared some rushed renovations were done to update. There was a 3- 4 cm gap under the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable and the sheets, towels and bathroom were clean. Nice to have a mini kitchenette but the dollar store coffee machine proved challenging (bring your own K cups they are not provided). Nice for the staff to call/ text regularly to check in. Totally missed the check out time of 10am! Not sure why not 11am like all other hotels in the area in the off season. Air conditioning and heating worked well.

The photo on the website of this room was not even remotely close to what we got. The room was filthy, there was a big ball of hair behind the bathroom door, the bathtub was dirty, around the faucets had pink scum, there was dog hair in the bed and we don't have a dog. Very poor experience, we couldn't wait to have the night be over so we could leave.

Great location and view of the lake. The room was fairly clean, the deck glass not so much. The bed was way too soft, so it was good that it was just one night. The toilet seat did not fit properly and kept sliding to the side.

Beautiful and convenient location right across from the beach but the rooms are tired and in need of a refresh. Uneven floors, noisy/rattly fridge, tiny TV, cupboard doors that didn’t close properly, poor quality/old linens on beds, and a saggy, sad sofa. Restaurant on site (separately owned) was fabulous though!
