Tofino Resort + Marina

Wonderful place very accommodating and kind.

Location was good as it was right at the entrance to the town. It was hard to find the hotel no clear signs I ended up going right around to find the main office.

Our room and stay at the Tofino Resort & Marina was simply perfect. The location of the resort could not have been better as it was walking distance to surf lessons, restaurants, shops, and a short drive to the beaches! Additionally, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the balcony area was great to have, the extra couch/lounge area offered extra space to do a little work, and the view was spectacular!

The price you are paying is for the location and/or view of the room. We came here for 3 nights and for the amount we paid, the staff didn’t do any housekeeping. We would have to call them for more towels and they would not come in to take the wet ones, until we called them several times. When we tried to call the front desk from our room, it never went through. We would try calling the hotel from our cell phones and we would get a busy signal. Every morning we would hear the vacuuming by housekeeping happening on the 3rd floor, we were on the 2nd. At night we could hear footsteps and the sound of talking from above. We emailed them about our dissatisfaction and our email was not acknowledged by anyone. Their service was terrible overall.

Property well located and clean. Staff very friendly. Outside light were burnt and although we asked for replacement, it was not done. The surroundings are dark at night. Visitors should be told upon reservation of room to also reserve a table for dinner. Tofino has way to many beds for the amount of tables. We had our first dinner at 10pm at the Shelter. All restaurants were booked.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Had bike rentals available at the lobby.

Room was small but very nice and freshly renovated. You could tell that extra effort was made to clean and sanitize everything. Being an older building you could definitely hear thumping and people walking above you, but nothing rediculous. Property is close to town and restaurants as well there are restaurants on the property.

Right on the ocean , walking distance to town and the restaurants in the marina were fantastic , lots of parking and the room was comfortable

Really just giving it a bad review because our flight to Tofino got cancelled so we could not make it and they flat our refused and refund. This has happened to me in many cities and i could usually just provide my flight number to show the cancellation but they wouldnt even take that.

Great location walking distance to Tofino’s offerings. The restaurant bar was fine and serves typical pub offerings. It is not totally noise proof and both our rooms were on a road or parking but some have great views of the harbour. Comfortable beds, clean linen and lovely staff.
