I booked this hotel through your app and paid when i booked i arrived late at night to be met by hostile none english speaking men saying i didn't pay they do not deal with you guys and made me pay again i showed them the receipt however they continued to tell me this hotel isnt bookable through your app i had to.pay again which was more than the amount i paid through your app i want a full refund from you with compensation
