フ ロントやレストランのスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいです。
お部屋をグレードアップしていただき、広いお部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。
ベッドルームやバスルームなど全てにおいて清潔感があり、高級感のあるホテルなのに宿泊費もリーズナブルで、常州へ行くときは必ず利用したいホテルです。

Internet works really slow, almost absent. If you plan to work in your room, think about it twice.
And western food is not very good: you should stick to Chinese food.

Good value for money
Located in the new district area which is further away from train station and city center, but close to the city's industry center. Clean with nice space, comes with shower and a bath tub, and they do clean your room on a daily basis. But you need to pay attention to items with price tag which are sold by the hotel and if you open any of these (even accidentally) you will have to pay.

クイーンサイズベッド1台希望で予約していたが、ツインサイズベッド2台の部屋しかありませんでした。しかも、隣の部屋 がうるさかったので、翌日、部屋を変えてもらいました。変更後の部屋は静かでよかったのですが、夜中に天井から水漏れが発生。急遽、夜中に部屋を移動するはめになってしまいました。
去年利用したときは、大通りに面した眺めのいい部屋だったし、良い印象だったのに、今回は裏通り側に面した部屋だったし、ベッドの不満や漏水など、不満だらけでした。

Good hotel for a business traveller
Okay, let's me say first that my quality standards are usually not high. I'm a business traveller. Thus, I stay for a short time in the hotel. However, This hotel was good actually. The room was clean, standard space. The hotel staff speaks english well, and very cooperative. The room view is on the square and the main street, which is Ok but not special. The Wifi network is fast and free. This is a major point for me. The hotel also has a modest Gym, but it's free and works for 24 hours. The hotel is close to downtown. Generally, I was satisfied.

The bed is huge, the food is good, and there is a lot of free space in the common areas.

Not what I expected.
Waited for one and a half hour for the staff to clean our room even if we checked in after 14:00. Got an apology letter after and some other compensation but our plan that afternoon was forced to cancell. That is definetely not I expected for a four star hotel which has such high credit point on Hotel. Won't stay here again.

快適でした
コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです。次回も利用したいと思います。利点としては、BRT(公共交通バス)のバス停がホテルのすぐ前にあること。欠点としては、シャワーのレバーの位置が悪く、シャワーを使っていると体がレバーに触れてしまうことぐらいでしょうか。
