The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Although I checked out one day early, I was not offered a prorated adjustment.

We stayed here at each end of a vacation. On the first stay, we got in late and were put in a room that was a bit rundown with dinged up furniture. At the end of our vacation, we were pleasantly surprised with a much nicer suite!
