Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. When booking on Hotels.com, I requested two beds and they gave me one king bed and they said that they hadnt received the request so they couldnt change the room. Also the AC didnt work very well. Didnt go below 25 Celsius.
