Gem of a walking base
Very nice little place to stay for a walking weekend in the hills. Room very well laid out and comfortable with added bonus of a balcony with a very pleasant view. Within walking distance of Malvern town, taking about 30mins.

Very noisy road. Very uncomfortable bed. TV not working. Too cold to shower as bathroom radiator not working. Could hear everything in room next door. Miserable tea tray!

Arrived late and as a booking for 3 we had expectations that the sofa bed would be made up for us or that bedding would be available to set it up ourselves. We had to wait for some time for the only staff available who was running the bar to make up the bed. This sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Such a pity for a lovely place. The 4 stars have been awarded because the staff member was extremely apologetic.
