High Noise Levels from Neighbors
The property is lovely, and the location is great if you want to hike the Airport Mesa Vortex. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but unfortunately I was assigned a downstairs room. The guests above walked very heavy and were dropping things. I called guest services and asked them to speak to them about keeping it down. It did not stop, and continued until late and started again at 5:30am as they were checking out early. The guests beside me were obviously getting busy on a few occasions in the night, and at 5:40am. The walls are very thin.
The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but unfortunately the noise level from other guests makes the stay very uncomfortable
