Laura at the front desk was friendly and pleasant. The other lady was a bit rude. I asked Laura if she had two beds instead of a king and she was going to gladly give us two beds but her colleague jumped and said no! They booked expedia. I said by the way we booked with hotels not expedia. Laura wasnt allowed to give us a different room.

Nice place to stay and play
Beautiful location and extremely easy to get in and out from the Sea to Sky highway. Lots to do and see in the area and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

I have stayed at this property quite often now. It is well located and within walking distance of shops and places to eat. The hotel itself has ample parking.
