The noise from other unit's showers disturbed my sleep. It started at 5.51am and there were at least 6 more that we heard. Not sure if it was showers or the fans in bathrooms. Disappointing.

In need of attention.
WAs disappointed with the reception. The television didn't work. Access was poor to the room . The out look on the pool was disappointing as the pool area was in need of extensive love and attention. The kitchenette was poorly equipped. There was no key drop box and the reception was locked.

Whilst the reception staff upon arrival where fantastic, we were advised of several access point closures meaning we had to cart luggage through the deck and dining room then up stairs. Quite difficult with luggage. Further, to leave we had to go an even longer way out with another flight of stairs as the reception and dining area is locked on Sundays. Luckily I was able to help my Mum with her luggage and weather was fine but very disappointed at the lack of up keep and access.

Large well appointed suite, comfortable bed, lounge and dining chairs. Very nice toiletries, towel warmer. Could do with a tea towel. Fan in bathroom wasn’t working but leaving the door open worked.

The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and has a pleasant outlook onto the water. The spot was also quiet. The room needed more cleaning. The patio furniture was covered in cobwebs, the carpet was dirty, the furniture was dirty, and the shade sail was in tatters and banging on the window. In addition the heat lamp in the bathroom plus lighting was flickering on and off and we stopped using it as it appeared unsafe. Overall the propety was badly in need of maintenance and cleaning and didn't look like it had been given any attention prior to our arrival. Given we paid over $250 per night, I expected more for this price. The person on reception displayed a bit of an attitude at times, which was un necessary and unhelpful. Whilst it was a nice spot, we won't stay there again and the owners really need to spend some money on the place doing some urgent maintenance and counselling their staff on what constitutes customer service.

We stayed here in the cold off season. The room was overpriced. The room had someones pasta in the fridge & a jacket in cupboard. The restaurant is great but i would not reccomend accomodation.

2/10 Poor

The room cost $199.00 per night, for that we had a good size room below ground level with no view that we had to access through a fire door and down a dark stair well, there was no hot water so we could not shower for two days, no phone to contact reception or services, the room was noisy, a lot of banging and tapping on the walls and ceiling. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk were supplied however no cups! We went out all day and returned to find that the room had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and towels unchanged. Even the clock was still on daylight saving time. We were unable to register any complaint as the reception was always unattended. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice room, plenty of space, loved the spa bath. Requested a twin room, had to wait for some time while staff converted from the king. Note this is a twin single room, not 2x double beds as indicated on the listing. Disappointing that onsite restaurant was not open for breakfast (despite hotel website suggesting otherwise), apart from that a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable and large apartments
Lovely views and great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and loved the heat lamps in the bathroom with the heated towel rail. Would stay again.
