The staff were very helpful, especially Sofiane. He went out of his way to enable us to get transportation to CDG airport in the early hours of Friday. The only negative is that the walls of the hotel are very thin. Normal sounds, like people talking or using the bathroom, were very disruptive.

This hotel is located in unsafe area. I have to cancel my reservation because i had a medical accident, and nobody wanted to stay there for me after see the place. very courteous and helpful staff. clean hotel and rooms. the room was tidied up every morning and the towels changed. the rooms correspond to those in the photos. the metro is less than 200 meters away and under the hotel there is a supermarket and an open-air market. absolutely recommended.
