Good stay
More difficult than I thought it would be to access from airport. Fewer services than I expected (I’m told Marriott intends Residence to be that way. Attached Courtyard was more hotel-like.) Room clean and efficient, bed fabulous. Pay-for shuttle hourly to (but not from) airport. Went to INNside for dinner. More inviting common spaces there.

Very convenient to CDG. Spacious suite. Staff super helpful in arranging a shuttle to accommodate oversized luggage. Good variety at breakfast. Would stay again.

We had a very early morning flight. Room was very comfortable. Easy walk to the airport train which goes to the terminals. Restaurant on premise is convenient and the food is good. We had dinner. We did not have time for breakfast.

When we checked in we were told we were moved to Courtyard Marriott next door since the room was not available. They just said it was not safe for us to stay there. When I got home I saw an over $100 charge. It could be for the breakfast? Breakfast should have been free at Residence Inn. I still need to call and find out.

The AC was not working in the room and you could not open the window. After complaining 2 times, someone brought us a dirty dusty fan. With my allergy to dust, this made it worse. I could not sleep at all. To add to this, the shower drain was clogged. My wife has to stop taking her shower because the water was going directly to the bathroom floor.

Do not stay here! If you survive the ridiculous light switches you’re in for pure hell trying to work the thermostat. It is so absurdly over complicated it must have been designed by Kafka. The joke is on you when the manager tells you they did that to save energy even though the building is almost new and has no solar panels. If you haven’t slit your wrists by this time you can easily end it all by stepping into the slipperiest shower in Europe. Please be very careful if you’re unfortunate enough to have to stay there.
