They did not give me the four digit code that opens the front door when I arrived as a result of that I stood in the cold when I returned from shopping calling reception to get the code there was a lady sitting smoking at the front she blew cigarette smoke in my face(I don’t know if it was intentional)while asking me why they didn’t give me a code but reception already picked my call while she was asking,after checking out I saw that same lady when I was about handing over the key downstairs I asked ‘do you work here’she didn’t answer she just nodded rudely,I gave her the key and I smiled and said goodbye she didn’t smile back she just murmured rudely as I was leaving,the room I stayed looked decent but there was a loud water pouring sound on the toilet,I was told the sound was as a result of people flushing their toilet upstairs so I hear the sound in my room when they flush,the main light didn’t work on the first night it worked on the second night and didn’t work on third night.The manager was quite friendly and he apologised about the loud water noise but the noise was disturbing and they should mention it on the add before people lodge in that room,and they should make the room more habitable by fixing the loud boiler noise and the light before the next person books that room
