We had four adults staying in a room for 2 nights and at no point did we feel like there wasn't enough space. The rooms are well kept, staff were friendly and helpful and the area was nice and quiet. It is a little out of town which only becomes an issue if you need to rely on Port Douglas' lack of public transport. If you have your own transport than it's a pretty quick trip.

Accommodation was fine. I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and there was no wifi for a week. Very hard to get work done when there is no wifi. Communication on the wifi issue stopped after my second night, which is disappointing.

Very difficult check in. No one was at reception. No one would answer the phone. Also, not a fan of the gate. You HAVE to have a clicker just to LEAVE.

Very friendly managers & made us feel very welcome as a family. Helped us work out a suitable car parking spot even when we had four mountain bikes on the back of our car. Would recommend & stay here again.

Being one of the original resort style set-ups its large and spacious although doesn't have the latest stuff. However, it's great value and is only let down by the air conditioning which struggled with the high humidity when we were there.

This executive suite was perfect for our short stay. We had lots of space and it was very quiet
We did not get any communication from the property prior to arrival. When we arrived, the front desk was closed but an envelope with our keys and info was on the counter. The manager on site was very accommodating and quick to answer questions for us. The room was lovely, pool was nice.

Pool was at a good temperature and was well laid out.
The property overall is very tired. The room was not cleaned the entire time we were there. There was no toilet paper, we had to ask for it and got given one roll for the week.
The parking area has poles in the area all painted black and of course I hit one at night and I wasn't the first person to do it.
With some overdue maintenance the place would be lovely.

Close to Port Douglas main area but in the busy road. Walls are like cardboard and you can hear the shower in the next room as well as the clunking ceiling fan.
You can also hear the person above your room walking around.
Room had one window facing a wall. I felt like I was in a box.
Place is a bit tired but clean and presents well. But if you want a good sleep without being woken by other guests then don’t stay here.

Nice two bedroom apartment with a good pool and spa area. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating of all of our requests. Free WIFI would have been good!

Super comfortable all around. Great location, our room was actually rooms! Kitchen,lounge room,bedroom and a veranda with dinner table. Great barbecue area with nice pool as well. Highly recommended

The rooms need a lot of attention. Electrical faults in the two rooms we hired, and very worn fixtures and fittings in both rooms. Power points hang from the walls and wooden windows are so rotten, you can’t open them. Of the 8 of us traveling, not one found the beds comfortable. We took it turns to sleep on the couch they were so bad.
The air conditioner in one room set off a fire alarm, filling the apartment with smoke, and the owner/manager accused us of burning plastic in the room (obviously whilst we slept!) When we turned off the air con, the smoke went away, but he refused to acknowledge that it could of been that. Only time we turned it on.
Thankfully, Port Douglas is an awesome destination, so we refused to let it ruin our holiday - but we will never go back to the Mediterranean.

Room was large, pool was nice. No frills but clean. Basic, over-priced for what it is but that seems to be true of all Port Douglas hotels. OK for a couple of nights. Easy shuttle bus into Port Douglas centre.

Great place to stay at Port Douglas!
The stay was comfortable and the room features were what we expected. Overall, impressed with the room and a relaxing time at the place. Particularly liked that the kitchen was well equipped so great for families as well. Less than 5 minute ride to restaurants, bars, four mile beach and Coles.
