The staff were amazing. The friendliest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. They made us feel really valued and welcomed no matter what time if the day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend.

2/10 Poor

I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. If traveling here please be cautious. I couldn’t find the name of the hotel because supposedly the name of the hotel “changed” from the name that it’s booked under on Expedia so the driver couldn’t find it . Than while staying there money was stole from my bag $400usd , it was brought to the managements attention and the situation was prolonged to get resolved so it was frustrating in trying to continue to enjoy the trip. The violation of a cleaning personnel to enter the room and steal made me very uneasy so on top of that I didn’t feel safe at all or felt I can trust anyone in the hotel so I had to pay out to another hotel for a few days while I waited for management to resolve the issue on the stolen funds. Also they should have a door man to pick up guest front parking lot because it’s a long dark alley to get to the hotel from the parking lot and it’s unsafe!! This was the worst experience ever in My entire life

The Staff of Raid Celine De Marrakech & Spa is what created a home environment for me in the Medina of Marrakech. Without the extra special assistance of Mohamed, Derrick, Athmon and Chef Yassiive, my dreams of what Marrakech held came true. Thank you againand again......

Relaxing stay
Our first visit to Marrakesh, so pleased that we stayed in a Riad in the Medina. Riad Celine was clean comfortable and relaxing, the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with anything. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful good quality and all freshly prepared.

Ok, first lets start with the understanding what the typical Riad is like in the Medina area, at at least for $100 USD and under. They are hard to find, the Medina is a maze and google maps only work so good. So for you to take off stars for that, you will have to take stars off for most Riads. The rooms are also very small and they all open(most Riads) to a center court yard. If anyone is making noise in the court yard, you will hear it. Size wise, think of an older hotel room in NYC. The rooms overall are very rustic, as they should be. If you want modern hotels, you should stay outside the Medina. With that said, we VERY much enjoyed our stay at Riad Celine. The manager and staff are absoultley fantastic! All of them! The room was very clean, but again small. Just be aware. They have a nice center area with chairs to relax in. You are served Morrocan tea and cookies upon arrival. Bed was hard for my taste, but my wife was fine. The terrace on top is absolutely beautiful! They serve a wonderful free breakfast in the morning. Just be sure not to wait too long like we did. I slept late due to jet lag and missed breakfast time. The staff was so nice they open the kitchen back up just for us! Overall I would give them 5 stars, just keep in mind my begining comments.

Lovely property, very picturesque and clean. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, they even came to find us when we got lost. The food was lovely and the free breakfast was excellent. Couldn’t recommend more.

6/10 Good

The location is good for taxi and walking into Medina, staff was kind and helpful, but the room which ate doubles is so tiny that tables do not fit next to the bed and I couldn’t even get out of the bed on the side as there isn’t room to walk. So my phone to charge was on the floor. Also the bathrooms need hooks to hang towels and to be updated. Also we didn’t know what was included in the breakfasts as some people ordered eggs or omelets, etc. there was no menu.

DESAYUNO BUENISIMO.

The accommodation was overall nice but unfortunately the rooms are very small. There was hardly any space in the bathroom. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy breakfast as we had to leave at 7.30am and breakfast wasn't available at that time. Instead they packed us breakfast but unfortunately it seemed like they were not fresh. cold pancakes - hard to eat without jam etc.

Tranquility in a city that never sleeps
A little away from the crowded Jama'a el-Fna, but all worth the extra walk. Beautiful traditional Moroccan guesthouse (riad). Felt like home during our visit in Marrakech.

Magnifique riad, très propre, le personnel est très gentils et vraiment serviable. Il est super bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Nous regrettons juste d’avoir eu la chambre à côté de la réception (manque de calme) et la toute petite salle de bain.
