Comfortable town centre hotel.
The Swan is a very nice town centre hotel located on a quiet high street. We were greeted by very friendly and accomodating staff. The food served was of a consistently high standard. Breakfast in particular was excellent, served by staff who brightened our day with their enthusiasm and cheerfulness. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely amazing 1 night stay here. The staff are all so friendly, room was perfect and it is in such a great location. We dined at the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast to. Food was an amazing quality and tasted amazing. Would stay here again!

Gem of a Hotel
We were very well looked after from the minute we stepped through the door. Bar staff, restaurant staff and reception were very friendly and welcoming. The quality of the food in the hotel restaurant. We had Sunday lunch and breakfast the following morning. Everything was freshly cooked, well presented and of the very highest quality. Our room was spotless and spacious. Toiletries that were provided were exceptional! These are available to purchase at reception for anyone wanting to take some home. The hotel is very relaxing, we had total peace and quiet in our room. We will definitely return to this hotel. We had the perfect weekend.

It was a lovely stay, room nice and spacious and food good. Found one lady was rude to customers. Not approachable at all, not sure if she was a manager or supervisor as didn't wear a uniform like the other staff.

Lovely one night stay
We arrived about 40 mins before check in time and parked our car in the last space in the hotel's carpark. I went in to explain that we were going to leave our car and the very friendly lady on reception told us that we could check in early. We stayed in a lovely room that had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. That evening we had a few drinks in the very popular bar but we didn't eat in the restaurant (we had other plans). The next morning we were greeting in the restaurant for breakfast by a very cheerful lady who explained the breakfast menu to us. Breakfast was great-plenty of cold choice and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Check out was quick and easy. If ever we were in the area again we would definitely stay at The Swan.
