Bom custo benefício. Funcionários todos muitíssimos atenciosos, limpeza excelente, café da manhã “impecável“. O hotel é novo, fica um pouco fora, 5 km do centro de Bento, mais longo ainda do de Garibaldi, nada que atrapalhe se você estudar antes e tiver consciência deste detalhe. Mas praticamente na entrada do Vale dos Vinhedos. Oferece ótimo restaurante de terceiros e tbm o próprio restaurante/bar é ótimo. Apenas não espere muito da piscina.

Hotel próximo ao Vale dos Vinhedos. Cama e chuveiro ótimos. Um café da manhã delicioso. Piscina pequena, mas atende a necessidade. Poderia ter cadeiras espreguiçadeiras na área da piscina e na área da jacuzzi. Possui um Wine bar e um restaurante ao lado, além de algumas lojas. Recomendo.

Achei ruim pelo fato do estacionamento ser pago, não tem Netflix na TV. A piscina estava fechada no nosso último dia e não avisaram. O hotel ficou sem toalhas para a piscina no segundo dia que chegamos. Achamos a piscina pequena para o tamanho do hotel.

Hotel mais afastado do centro de Bento e Garibaldi mas excelente localização para o vale dos vinhedos por uma rua interna bem sinalizada. Os funcionários precisam ser melhores treinados principalmente no café da manhã e jantar. Sentamos na mesa para jantar e ficamos mais de 20 minutos aguardando alguém nos atender para ficar sabendo que um simples prato demoraria mais de 1:30, nos levantamos e fomos a uma pizzaria proxima do hotel que em 1:30 fomos, comemos e voltamos.

Café da manhã excepcional
O hotel é muito bom. O café da manhã é fantástico. As atendentes da recepção não são mal educadas, mas tampouco são simpáticas. Pareciam sobrecarregadas e estressadas. Seria interessante que divulgassem o valor da diária pet e que exigem carteira de vacinação assinada por veterinário (não e um problema, mas a informação me parece relevante). Quanto ao demais, recomendo e pretendo voltar.
