O hotel está bem localizado, perto de diversos pontos turísticos do Vale dos Vinhedos, além de ser um estabelecimento bem novo, com restaurante/bar, piscina térmica adulto e infantil e jacuzzi. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e educados, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Eu só recomendaria uma melhor distribuição logística do café da manhã, pois está localizado em um canto, ao fundo do restaurante, e o acesso fica bem complicado com o hotel cheio. Parece que a questão da circulação não foi pensada quando idealizaram o local, pois não há qualquer lógica na distribuição dos itens nas mesas. Todavia, o café é ótimo, super variado e bem delicioso. O estacionamento é pago à parte e fica no mesmo prédio do hotel, não tivemos dificuldade em acessá-lo e o preço é ok. Tem quentuxa no térreo para pegar água quente. Embaixo do prédio tem algumas lojas como Devorata e Malacara e na frente do hotel tem um Restaurante Di Paolo. Achamos o hotel um excelente custo/benefício, apropriado para famílias e, com certeza, voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade.

Hotel lindo, de extremo bom gosto. Roupas de cama limpas e super confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente. Único ponto negativo é que teve uma festa/show no centro de convenções localizado anexo ao hotel, que iniciou no meio da tarde e acabou às 22:30, gerando som muito alto. Fora isto, foi tudo ótimo.

Hotel muito novo, tudo funcionando bem, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, quarto bem silencioso. O quarto e o banheiro são pequenos e sem vista, mas com boa iluminação. Café da manhã incrível, muito bom, tipo café colonial. A piscina é minúscula, mas a academia é bonita e completa. Várias opções de restaurantes por perto, sem ter que pegar o carro. Recomendo!
