The location is very good, close to the old town and the train station.
The rooms decent, but not well soundproofed and we could hear everything happening in the hallway, since we were placed on the first floor and right next to the breakfast room this made it quite noisy.

Hotel is basic older hotel. Very close to the main train station and about 1/2 mile from Octoberfest and 3/4 mile from old town area. Good selection of dinning and grocery stores in the area.

I arrived early after having to leave my last hotel as it was not satisfactory. The man at the desk worked hard to find me a room early and I was so thankful. The bathroom was a bit dirty and a vouple of things need repairing but the location was optimal and the rooms quiet.
