Got the hell out of there and found a holding day inn express 2 miles away a lot better and a lot cleaner. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke in the evenings and carpets were pretty worn out. I only had one towel, hand towel and washcloth, which was OK because I was alone, but I'm not sure why a hotel would do that. Staff was nice and the hotel itself was clean. Shower had great water pressure, bed was OK and pillows were great. There was a lot of grass in the area to potty dogs, but a lot of litter. I didn't love that the window shade didn't block out more light, as my room was illuminated all night by a big Arby's sign and a bunch of other streetlights and business signs.

This entire property was very dirty, from the elevator, hallways to our room. House keeping did not do their job. I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned our bathroom. A hallway ceiling tile fell down while we were there and layed there for a entire day. Piled up trash by the elevator was their for a very long time.

Garbage cans were falling in the floor all garbage cans to. Our furniture in the room was all stained up bad to when u look at all the stains on furniture and floor it was discusting. Place hasnt seen a mop in yrs! Stains all over the walls.. looked like our sheets hadnt been changed there was big dirt stains on one side. All in all this place was down right discusting i think it needs to be taken off expedia for sure. I paid extra for breakfast and they didn't offer it!

Check in was at 3 and our room was not ready until 5. There was one towel in our room, no tissues, no sugar or cream for morning coffee. Shower head had two streams of the Luke warm water at 6:00 am in the morning. It appeared there were two spots of blood on the wall beside the head board. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.
