Close to all amenities, on the beach, clean room. Older hotel, but clean. They need to work on the elevator issues, I’ve gone 2 years in a row and the elevator breakdowns are still an issue. Staff are courteous.

Room was spotless …great cleaning staff!
Martin, the security guard and beach helper was amazing and always attentive and willing to help when asked. I noticed he works from early morning to late at night to make our days safe and enjoyable. The desk manager was amazing with always answering all our questions as well as the ladies at the desk. Always a smile!!!

The customer service is superb. Kendrick was a great help! The hotel is located on a beach with several beach bars. Perfect area to walk around Simpson bay, Lees good food, Nowhere Special and Captain Rivs!

Best: great comfortable room serviced daily with friendly non-intrusive staff. Next the the Green restaurant that was very good which also included a clean swimming pool and chairs. The pool leads a short distance to a beach with chairs/umbrella. It is a warm gentle beach. It’s near aqua sports where you can sign up for boat trips if you want. WiFi is spotty but if you ask front desk nicely to restart its router, it’s better for a while (I’m not a tech person but learned that from another person here.
