I lived this placed ! The view to my room and the view in the pool/ dining area! Just amazing ! One thing I didn’t like though, when I checked out. The pillow and towel got dirty, and so they charged me an outrageous price…. They claimed it was damaged, which was not, nothing a simple laundry wouldn’t fix. I felt like they cornered me into paying that if not I wouldn’t be able to check out. felt like that was unfair and uncalled for.

Disappointing, overpriced, bugs, construction
Least favorite hotel experience after 6 months of traveling thru Colombia. The lobby & pool area are so beautiful, but that’s really all the hotel has going for it. A staff member was sitting in our room on his phone when we arrived which was odd. No hot water in shower. No hot water in jacuzzi tub, had to call maintenance. So many bugs in our room and bed! Construction loudly going on all day starting at 730am. No spa on site. Twenty minutes down a really rough dirt road to get to it and poorly marked so we got lost. Upcharges for everything. Jose at the pool service was the only super friendly and accommodating staff member he was amazing, everyone else lacked the hospitality Colombians usually have. Check in and out took too long and required repetitive info we’d already given. No traditional Colombian food or drinks. Meals and drinks very expensive. Nobody even acknowledged us at breakfast our last day- no coffee service, no hello, no eggs or protein on the buffet. Much better places for 1/3 the cost.
