Dirty linen, poor quality furniture, smelly shampoo, and incredibly LOUD. The receptionists say they're gonna help but they do nothing. No maintenance, no communication, zero accessibility... Terrible stay. Would not come back.

I had a room without a window that need a fresh paint job. I politely requested a different room, because I was going to be there for multiple days. Never happened. Maybe I should have pushed harder, especially when I saw roomd available on the website, but decided to just be quiet. The staff was pleasant enough, however, if you have better options, consider those first.

Excelente localização. Tivemos dois problemas, não tinha papel higiênico no quarto e faltou água durante uma hora, mas esses problemas foram resolvidos. Tem um probleminha quanto aos quartos do mezanino, são super barulhentos normalmente e, pra piorar, um caminhão pipa estacionou na frente do prédio às 3 da manhã e fez um barulho infernal. Tente pegar os quartos nos andares superiores.
