Ambiente agradável, tranquilo, silencioso para descanso, janela parece ser ati ruido externo, boa localização. Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e novas, cama confortavel. Senti falta de utensílio que pudesse ir ao microondas ou para cozinhar (apenas 1 panela). Perdi alguns alimentos para as formigas que estavam na pia e mesa de cabeceira (biscoito e suco). Rua tranquila, estacionamento 24hs somente na avenida paralela, mas é possivel or até.

Cumpre de maneira excelente o propósito da habitação, como no meu caso que tinha de realizar um procedimento médico em uma clínica bem perto. Quarto extremamente limpo, confortável e foi aquilo que demonstra nas fotos. De pontos, talvez negativos, mas que não comprometem o objetivo da estadia, é que é um pouco barulhento à noite, e o entorno possui muitas pessoas em situação de rua. Mas em São Paulo é ua coisa geral. Muito perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, etc. Para quem quiser e estiver a trabalho ou coisa parecida, recomendo sem qualquer dúvida

IMPORTANTE: Há uma imensa escadaria de mais de 30 degraus para acesso aos apartamentos, caso seja acomodado nos andares mais altos, serão mais degraus ainda. Apesar da acomodação ser muito limpa, espaçosa, o local tranquilo, e a comunicação para check-in eficiente, o fator que mais pesou foi a questão da acessibilidade, pois eu estava acompanhada de duas idosas, e todas nós estávamos carregando bagagens, o que tornou a experiência de acesso ao quarto muito complicada. Como não havia qualquer aviso neste sentido, espero que essa avaliação ajude os próximos hóspedes.
