The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

Foi uma estadia muito tranquila, o hotel fica a uma quadra do metro e perto suficiente do Patio Higienopolis para poder ir apé. O atendimento foi ótimo, a recepção liberou o quarto com 2 horas de antecedência pois cheguei antes do check-in. Recomendo muito!

Precisa melhorar
Hotel bem aquém do que se propõe. Quartos flat, mas não possui um copo, um talher, NADA. Nos colocaram em um quarto diferente do que contratei, com um banheiro que pra chegar no box tem que pular o vaso sanitário de tão minúsculo. Café da manhã simples, mas atende as necessidades. Enfim, decepcionada. Locação é boa, tudo perto, mas o hotel em si ainda precisa melhorar bastante.

Hotel com boa localiação de fácil acesso a onibus, metro etc... Os quartos são de bom tamanho. Café da manhã bem gostoso. Só achei que deviam trocar as roupas de cama diariamente. Mas no geral bom.

De 1 ano pra cá o hotel caiu muito a qualidade de atendimento dos funcionários, que ficam fazendo rodinhas no café da manhã e inclusive a cozinheira preparou para o rapaz que também era funcionário todo de branco de chinelo que estava falando alto e zombando no café da manhã um ovo mexido na hora só pra ele, fazendo diferença aos hospedes. Café da manhã que inclusive caiu muito a qualidade, não possui mais tapioca, pão de queijo, os bolos secos, e o cuscuz era de três dias atrás empedrado, as camareiras rindo e conversando pelos corredores e elevadores. Tive o desprazer de entrar em um a camareira soltar para a outra que estava fazendo um "boquetão" super contrangedor para uma família. Tubulações do estacionamento estão todas vazando, um perigo pois o piso está liso demais, o que pode ocasionar uma queda. Restaurante para pedir refeições péssimo, não tinha feijão, nem file de frango. Pedi duas refeições e me trouxeram apenas uma, a moça ainda teimava dizendo que pedi um só, tive que mostrar a conversa do whats com ela provando que tinha pedido dois, pra ela pedir desculpas, sem contar que alugam talheres para poder comer, um absurdo. Chuveiro já parou de funcionar no primeiro dia, só resolveu depois de trocar. Segundo dia, somente nosso apartamento estava sem energia, novamente outra manutenção. Avalio que no geral são coisas que demonstram que o estabelecimento está sem "Gerência". Péssimo.

Um prédio antigo com uma reforma básica. Precisa de bastante manutenção em diversas áreas. Equipe prestativa, boa academia, região próxima de bares. Uma boa opção pra quem deseja sair do centro de SP. Rua bem barulhenta. Quartos espaçosos.
