"Super friendly staff. They lent us snowshoes and poles to go hiking in the snow. They were accessible via text if we needed assistance. You can buy your Acadia passes from them. Their breakfast was great - you can order custom requests. And we enjoyed dinner at their Bistro also. Saw some families loving the indoor pool. The exercise room is fairly basic, but if you are there, you should be exercising outdoors anyway. "
