Sanctuary in the City
I chose The Other House because of the amenities and location. The pool, sauna, and lounge areas provided a wonderful sanctuary to relax. The room was elegant, I appreciated the space and kitchen conveniences. The location was great, with a good choice of cafes and restaurants, safe and clean neighborhood to walk around, and several tube lines from the very close Gloucester Rd stop. Two inconveniences worth mentioning: 1) the app gave me a bit of trouble to open doors, and I had to get a physical key card; 2) there's a primary school near to the hotel, so I was awakened around 8am by the sound of children playing. But overall, a wonderful stay and I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff were all great! From reception to the restaurant and bar everyone was friendly and attentive. And the decor is fabulous, the whole place is so great looking, it’s a creative vibe. For some reason there was a smell of cat pee in our bathroom, but it wasn’t strong so we ignored it. Everything else was stellar, recommend
