Decent hotel for one night layover. Note there are no restaurants nearby so you are stuck ordering for their menu which is not very good. Overall decent for 1 night only.

First appearance was ok but then once inside very clean and the staff could not do enough for you . Really good staff they made me a nice coffee and ordered me food in from a take away . On checking out at noon the staff said please your welcome to stay in your room for another hour for free

Disappointed this time!
Stayed here many times but it is showing some signs of neglect which was sad to see. Fixtures and fittings in the bathroom require urgent attention and on this occasion the drains were a bit smelly! I hope they fix these issues as the people at front of house were as always fantastic - friendly and helpful.

This hotel is clean and looks like a brand new hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Has also Aorport shuttle for transfers. Few restaurants are just in walkable distance. Supermarket is also located in walkable distance. Ambient is very quiet. You can have a peaceful sleep.

This is a very good budget option if you need a hotel close to the airport. Smooth airport pick up and not too far from the airport. There are a few restaurants in the area that you can walk to. I recommend Heaven Premium Airport Hotel.

This was by far the best value for accommodation that I had in my month-long trip to Türkiye. Brand new, excellent service, excellent price. The only reason I knocked it down in stars was because the restaurant was not yet finished and dining was limited in the area. Also the whole area had a lot of construction going on and not particularly nice to explore. Next year, when the restaurant is complete I would give this place a 10 star rating for a conveniently located hotel near the airport.

I don't leave reviews unless it's something super great or totally opposite.. This place is the latter. I understand it's an "Airport" hotel, but still.. The rooms were OK, we checked in Sunday evening, but we were away from Monday morning till Tuesday night, and no one even bothered to simply change towels or just take away breakfast trays from the rooms! Hotel included Airport transfers and that by itself was a separate experience. I have never in my life met a person with SUCH crazy road rage. There was traffic out of IST airport (due to an accident at the exit). It took us about 20 minutes to drive out of the airport, and all this time our driver (hotel shuttle) was holding his elbow on the wheel honk (as if the drivers in front could move any faster). He kept front windows open all the time and was yelling/cursing in Turkish non-stop. Not only my friend and I got deaf, our suitcases in the trunk as well and they were spinning the wheels hoping to jump out and wheel themselves to the hotel as staying inside this vehicle was impossible. I would add an extra star to this "place" if not for the driver (who also managed to ask for a tip!) I always leave good tips when deserved, this was the case when the driver owed us $$ for traumatic experience. Our suitcases are traumatized for life.
