We went to the state fair and wanted to stay close to the fair but not in the city. Hotel was perfect for our needs. Friendly staff, clean room, close to convenience stores and fast food. Very safe area.

Nice size room for a reg king room fridge microwave coffee pot desk hair dryer iron and ironing board cable tv phone stayed 2 nights had fresh towels and bed made while out never stayed anywhere that did that

This was my second time staying here. I stayed here about 3 year ago and I found it to be consisitently clean and quiet. The only negative is breakfast is extremely basic. Should probably advertise it as continental breakfast. Overall, this place is a great option and I do plan to stay here again.
