Good stay
The stay was good. We were there only to sleep and spent all the time at Disneyland. I wanted a downstairs room due to some balancing issues with stairs (medically). The owner was very accommodating with us. Very friendly, clean room, and parking was good too.

Photos are lies!
I was not expecting much, but the room was in terrible condition. The room was dirty: linen was not washed, shower and toilet looked like it was not cleaned, shower curtain had many stains on it, and the area around the peep hole had make up stains. The room was also marked as a non-smoking room, but due to the gap under the room door, cigarette smoke would come into our room. I recommend spending a little more for a better place!

Not good but not the worst
Checked in and opened the fridge, there was a spilt gallon of milk in the fridge. 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay in a 4 person room. No soap whatsoever. Beds were extremely hard and pillows were well worn. Not the worst hotel ive stayed in but, even at that low price, a Motel 6 would have been better.

When I went to get into the one bed, I noticwd there was a pee stain on the bed sheet and it soaked down to the mattress topper. I smelled it and it didn't notice a urine smell but I found it odd that if they actually changed the sheets that the stain would line up exactly with the mattress topper below. Also one of the towels had a half dozen long black hairs on a few red dyed ones on it. No coaches nor signs of them though. It was the cheapest hotel in the area, that is the only reason I won't rate this one star (plus the shower was fine).
