This was a lovely and well maintained hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast, and it’s walking distance from the main train station and down the hill from the main shopping and dining area in Lugano. The location is excellent- just down the hill from the train/bus station. And just up the hill from the shopping district. Everything is walkable. The breakfast and dinner menu include multiple vegetarian options as well as soy milk and other allergen labeled items. This was unique to our experience at other hotels during our vacation.
