Spacious and comfortable in a good situation with easy access to city centre and a pleasant breakfast area. I was not impressed by the shower unit, which had a faulty shower nozzle which made it difficult to have a relaxing shower after a long journey.

Very bad experience. I did not get the room i booked and was not offered any kind of compensation. Not even a free breakfast. Noise insulation to this hotel is an unknown word. On the check out on 01/31, the front desk was unpolite and needs to change job.

Large single room and friendly staff
Clean room with a comfy not too small bed, single room large enough to open large suitcases and with a well working ac for hot summer nights. I especially like the small gesture of leaving a complimentary bottle of water and some sweets on the bedside table. Breakfast was fine enough, but nothing to write home about.

Banheiro péssimo: toalhas limpas, mas horríveis, box do banheiro péssimo, não há proteção, molha todo recinto. Tive problemas com a reserva: reservei com café da manhã e não constava no controle do hotel. Gerente do hotel, através de e-mail, resolveu a situação, ponto positivo.

Hôtel confortable au centre de Mulhouse et à côté de la gare. Parking facile car on peut rester à la gare pour pas cher. Les chambres sont bien, le style reste un peu vieillot.
