Not impressed
The lickbox would not open. We couldn't get in for an hour after flying in, getting a car and needing a bathroom. We finally got in and the place was nice and a perfect location right across from the beach. It was mostly clean. First night was chilly and not enough warm blankets. We went in the shower the next day and the very heavy handle fell off immediately and fell on my 5 year old grandaughter's foot. When I reported to the management, they said someone would come soon. They did not. When I sent another message, they apologized and did send blankets, but did not fix the shower handle and left the door unlocked. They were supposed to have someone call me, but that never happened.

Location, location, location
Well it started out a bit rough but their customer service is excellent. We were transferred into another apartment and enjoyed our stay. So nice to be able to take a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. The area is beautiful.

It’s the second time I stay there, This time around it wasn’t so clean, shower head had to be replaced while we were there, door locks weren’t working. These are only little things. It’s very well located with a great parking lot, I just pray they don’t lower their standards so much. I love its location but the wife doesn’t want to go back. Last year wasn’t pristine either but it just added everything up.

All we wanted and needed or our 4 night stay
Yes I would stay here again. The price and location was wonderful. Private.. pool right out our door. Free parking. Everything we needed to cook and even beach towels. 5*s Every phone call with questions were answered immediately. 5* BUT.. There was a couple things that was a bit of a challenge. The window unit AC was soooo loud we couldn't talk much less watch tv with it on. OH tv? If you don't have subscriptions to streaming services, you will be watching WAGON TRAIN day and night. The sleeper couch is too hard to sleep on. We placed pillows down for our son to lay on. 3* Still, I am telling everyone in our circle about this resort. Definitely stay there again.

They put us in a room where the bath tub was scratched and old. The AC was not working. The place is just dirty. One night people were smoking weed and drinking around the pool. It's hard to reach the customer service. I tried to ask for another room they kept giving fake excuses. I will never take a room again there.

Nice size apartment conveniently located a 5 min walk from the beach. Some appliances and furnishings needed updating or cleaning, and the keypad to get into our room was not working. Luckily an employee hadnt left for the day and gave us her key to the room, otherwise we would have not been able to get in. Lowkl should provide a point of contact for situations like this in their check in instructions.

Frustrating experience and not very clean!
The room was not ready until over a half hour after check-in time so I was late getting to my event. The floors were so dirty, we had to keep shoes on the entire time. The hotel contact was not helpful and minimized any issue presented. The messages they sent me were deleted after I alerted them to some issues, so I was unable to get the check-in information back.

Nice apartment close to beach & restaurants.
We traveled to find warmer temps. Found this place through Hotels.com. Went to site to check it out before making reservation. Had to wait 1 day to get the room. Was supposed to be ready for check-in time of 4. Was being cleaned as we arrived at 4. Not available until nearly 4:30. Metal gate was held open with a large rock rather than being closed and secured at night. Apartment was very clean. Could have had some more kitchen items available. Nice to be able to cook meals and save $$. Nice pool. Washer & dryer on site, but drove to a laundromat nearby. Great that was a short walking distance to the beach & nice restaurants! Would definitely stay there again.
