"The maritim hotel is located near to the Munich central station. If you catch the S5 train from the airport to Munich hauptbahnhof, then it's no more than a 5 minute walk away. On arriving at the hotel, the reception staff were very welcoming when we were checking in and gave us all the information we would need regarding breakfast time and the onsite facilities. We were also given some maps of the centre of Munich and some bottles of water. The room we had booked was okay for our stay, it was as we expected, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was good and the staff in the restaurant were really nice and very helpful (especially when you operated the coffee machine for the first time), something for all tastes. If there was one thing that could be improved, I would say that the hotel should advertise what meals are available in an evening, they may do so, but I couldn't find it. Although we didn't use the swimming pool or sauna, it was good to know that they were there if we wanted. We found all the staff at the hotel to be very friendly and helpful, and we will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Munich. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Maritim Hotel. The location is pretty good with the railway station (ICE, regional train services, SBahn and Ubahn services there) across the road so getting around is easy. The tram stop is also nearby. Marienplatz is around 10 minutes walk, so you can get to the City centre easily."

"The gentleman at the reception was exceptional. He gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful. He really enhanced our stay. Thank you"

"Good located and convenient"

"Breakfast is decent, a kind of typical American one. The AC vent is open directly right on top of the bed which could cause some headaches (literally). Our bedroom window open towards the inner courtyard so it is very quiet. The street in front of the hotel is extremely busy and noisy. It is not too far from the old town, around 20 minutes walk."

"I was only staying a couple of nights while I went to a concert and explored Munich before going to the concert. The staff where friendly rooms was absolutely as described, clean no issues whatsoever."

"This hotel is in an excellent location for anyone needing to go by train, since it is next to the train station. It is only about a 20 minute walk to Marienplatz too. It is a beautiful super clean hotel. It also has a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are unbelievably great, which have an excellent food and drink selection to choose from. The restaurant is also 5 star quality, white table cloths, super staff and great food. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Eden Wolfe for an excellent stay. My group loved it. Vielen Dank!! Alan Strecker"

"Room has a mountain cabin decor, but good size and clean. However, it was lacking in practicality-it has a nice bench for sitting but no chair or flat surface/desk (no place to put wallet, purse, keys…), the night stands are 6 inch wide wooden stools- not useful, and the bathroom is on the smaller side and has a opaque window that shines into the room if the bathroom light is turned on at night. And there no phone in the room if you needed to contact the front desk."

"Loved this hotel. Great location, easily walkable to public transport, restaurants, Marianplatz etc. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly."
