It was great 3 nights stay at Marriott with very good service, stylish apartment and good breakfast. What made our experience exceptional was the excellent service received from all staff starting at the reception (especially from Ms. Fiona, Ms. Nancy and Mr. Scott), the dedicated bell boys and cleaning staff, and the friendly staff in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and has an extensive assortment of food items. The executive appartment and the hotel in general are very clean. I truly highly recommend this hotel and we will most certainly stay at this hotel in the future.

This hotel was beautiful with a wonderful staff. I felt very much at home the spacious apartment. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the quiet nights and conveniences the property offered. We used taxis mostly to go downtown but finally started using the metro which was a 6 minute walk away to avoid the traffic.

We stayed at Marriott Sandalwood for 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment. The room is well equipped we specially appreciated the washer and dryer (albeit a little dusty). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is about 10 mins walk from a metro station on Line 1 and 10 mins cab away from Chaoyang Joy City a major mall with so many restaurants. An excellent choice of a hotel especially for families.

This hotel is amazing. Just keep in mind that if you are participating in a city tour, this hotel is located on the 5th Ring Road. This means that they only offer free pick-ups at the 2nd Ring Road hotels. Other than that, the food, cleanliness, room, and staff were good

The Beijing Sandalwood Marriott Executive Apartments is the best hotel to stay whether you are a tourist or here on businesses. The staff (especially all personnel at the front desk) are professional, very nice, and knowledgeable. The location is convenient being literally 10 minutes from the CBD, but quiet enough for a safe stroll around the neighborhoods without the need to watch out for ongoing traffic. All major shopping malls are within a few-minute drive. After trying out hotels throughout Beijing, this Marriott is definitely the best choice any visitor should try.

Really happy to stay in this hotel. The location is great. Close to public transportation and shopping mall. Staffs are very friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. The door man are so helpful for getting in and out car and carry luggage. Like the gym and swimming pool. No time to try the restaurant and shuttle. But they look very nice.

It is good in that the room is big and has washer and dryer. The room is cleaned daily. Yet the bed skirt and the lamp covers are dirty. Those may not be cleaned often which is reasonable, but if it is visually very dirty, they should be cleaned. The breakfast does not worth the price. I had been in 4 hotels in this trip and this is about the worst breakfast.
