房间空调温度太低，要来电热风机，勉强不挨冻。请求给安静的房间，结果给我最靠马路的一角。地毯估计很久没怎么彻底清洁，最后一晚给搞得鼻子过敏。大堂吧一点热风都没有，会客半小时，脚趾就冻麻了。不知道这些五星酒店服务怎么能降级如许厉害。只是房间服务人员还想尽力让客人满意，但是硬件条件差得太多了。

The room was boiling hot when I arrived. I turned on the AC but it did nothing. I ended up opening all the windows and turning off the AC completely. By morning it was 19C in the room, but I had hardly slept.
I left the windows open and put DND on the door so that the maid would not close the windows. After that it was fine.
Had a really nice buffer dinner on Friday night with good German beer, barbecue, hot pot, sashimi and dessert. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

ありとあらゆるサービスが行き届いており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。
「広々として清潔感にあふれた客室」「フロントスタッフの丁寧な接客」「清掃員の迅速な対応」「クリーニングサービス」など、どれもが大変満足のいくものでした。
特に、私がうっかり客室のトイレを詰まらせてしまった際、清掃員の方に事情を説明したところ、嫌な顔をひとつも見せることなく、迅速に対応してくださったことが何よりの安心につながりました。
清掃員の方のお名前は「申彦偉さん」という女性の方。
また北京旅行する機会があったら、利用させていただきたいと思います。

Excellent hotel and great staff!
Wonderful hotel. The absolute stars in terms of the staff were Elena Cherkes and Nina Feng, both in the wonderful Executive Lounge on the 20th floor and serving at breakfast. Nina helped organise a vital business meeting at short notice and Elena was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also greatly appreciated the help of Joseph Du at reception/concierge - he went out of his way to help throughout my stay too.

Service is excellent. Staff have done a great job keeping the room clean as well as promptly responding to my other service calls.
Location is very convenient. Desk area is bright and spacious, great for working on a business trip. Hotel shows sign of aging though. Bedroom layout is a bit awkward. I would suggest replacing carpet with engineered wood floor for the next renovation, which can make a big difference given there are not many luxury hotels in Zhongguancun area.

因為前年住在蘇州皇冠假日酒店體驗非常好，所以今次去北京也選擇這間酒店，可是不是我預期。首先我是訂了2間高級超大床房間，但其中一間嘅浴室有一條大柱，令到空間不大。再者裝修已舊，浴室敞木門 還會持續發出聲音，令人困擾。值得一贊是房內清潔很好，服務員蘇秀俊姨姨笑容非常親切，態度非常好。

Ótima experiência!
Hotel com padrão de rede internacional excelente. O café da manhã tinha infinitas opções tanto ocidentais quanto orientais, como por exemplo um noodle feito na hora delicioso! O quarto era bastante espaçoso, parecia um apartamento, com sofá e mesa. A cama era grande e confortável. O hotel possui ainda piscina e academia, não tive a oportunidade de usar mas pareciam muito boas também.

Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English.
Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay.
Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat.

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza in Zhongguancun! The room was really comfortable and was a very convenient five minute walk from the subway station. We enjoyed the size of the room and view from one of the top floors. The service was also fantastic.
