Druggies and crazy people here. The staff was friendly. The place is ran down. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. The hot water takes about 10 minutes to get warm if you're far from the boiler

Surly staff and a poorly maintained property and dirty room. Couldn't get out of there fast enough, in the morning. This shook our confidence in Hotels.com. Drop this property until they realize they're in the hospitality business.

The room stunk, there was a couple of bugs we found one out of the sink and another in the bathroom shower, the toilet paper roll was previously used/already open. The towels appeared stained, and the floor was dirty.
