La hacienda está hermosa, los cuartos muy bien y el baño súper bien, solo que no muy limpio. La secadora tenía arañas, las sábanas y almohadas olían a humedad! Hay súper súper Poca luz en los cuartos. La comida muy muy mala! Eso si no lo recomiendo nada

La actitud y amabilidad del personal es excelente La cama, almohadas no son cómodas, no son de acuerdo al precio del hotel. En el caso de la habitación con piscina la piscina es realmente pequeña.

La comida deja mucho que desear, algunos platillos de los que probamos buenos pero otros insípidos y de mal sabor. Tal Fue el caso de una pasta a la Boloñesa, pescado en salsa de cilantro y unos huevos a la mexicana, por diferentes razones pero esos tres platillos nos parecieron malos.

Beautiful, secluded properity and a great place to 'chill'. Everyone, group keepers, waiters, and front desk personnel were very kind, helpful and friendly. Not a place for walking and exploring Merida unless you have a car or do not mind waiting for cab.

El hotel está localizado dentro de una colonia popular así que es probable tengas el gusto de escuchar música de banda a las 4:00 AM. La alberca tiene un cubo de mármol entre la parte baja y alta con el que es posible accidentarse, como fue el caso. El hotel no tuvo siquiera alguna atención por las molestias...un desayuno de cortesía, frutas o cualquier cosa de ese tipo hubiera sido normal.
