Came due to a death in the family. Last minute change of plans to stay with friends, so I updated my reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights. When I checked in I was told that my reservation was canceled because I did not show up on the first night. I was charged all three nights with no room. Now, they had rooms to give us but we were told we had to pay again for the 2 nights!. UNBELIEVABLE! Mind you being out of country I had no Wi-Fi for them to contact me. I was upset enough and now I feel robbed. If you have rooms that I already paid for then give me a room!!! I was not in a position to make a stink, but this was so wrong!!
