Very poor customer service.
We had made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids in a room that states "sleeps 4".
We only had one set of bed linen and quilt, and when I asked reception for an extra set so we could make the couch into a sleeping bed, the woman was extremely rude to me. She wanted me to pay extra despite my booking is 2 adults and 2 kids. She said, normally people sleep 4 persons in the one double bed! After half an hour waiting around 9pm, I went to reception, to ask for the quilt, so I could make the bed myself, and get my kids to sleep, she continued. She ended up calling me aggressive and it really ruined all of my trip being told I was aggressive towards the reception, when all I asked for was a quilt and bedlinen. I was not aggressive, and I feel they woman and her manager at reception handled the situation very poorly. My wife then went to reception, when I came back to the room and told her, they said I was aggressive. But the funny thing was, that when my wife came to reception, they suddenly was very apologetic towards her and the whole situation, and tried to smoothen us off with drink vouchers!? (despite we had two small kids that needed to go to bed) We kindly denied the drink vouchers.
I will never stay there again at that "resort".
