Terrible stay
There was NO HOT WATER, the carpet was worn down, lamp did not work, the channel button was the only thing that worked on the tv remote. The volume and on/off buttons had to be controlled on the tv. I called Hotel.com. The ladies who I spoke to were apologetic. They only gave me a $50 refund. I feel like the compensation should have been more. Never returning to that hotel.

Do not stay here until they clean it up!
We were one of two guests at this hotel. It could be a very nice hotel, but was in great need of some maintenance and repairs. They offered breakfast, but was really toast with no butter and waffles. That was it! I would not call that breakfast. The room was fine but very outdated. The pool was a swamp and you could not access any doors but the front entrance.
Not worth the price we paid. I chose this hotel because the pictures looked nice and they offered breakfast. The breakfast was nonexistent!

When we arrived found out that the property was closed by the fire warden due to building not being under proper fire code. Had to find another hotel to stay at the last minute which meant higher cost. Would have appreciated being notified ahead of time.

Our reservation was canceled due to a fire. They called me as i was half way to huntsville and all the other properties in the town were booked! We had to drive at night over 40 miles to get a room at a hotel. Hotels.com have not refunded our room yet. The hotel property said that they refunded my reservation but hotels.com has not. Yall owe me money.

When we arrived to check in around 4pm, we were told that the Fire department had closed the hotel (that morning) for unknown reason. What upset me was they NEVER notified us until we got there to check-in. We were in town for College family weekend, so you can imagine how difficult this was going to be. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to find another hotel and ended up having to get one in Conroe, plus pay $50 additional.

Don’t waste your time or money here
The hotel is dirty the toilets are loud the tvs don’t work the toilet seat was cracked in half the mirror was broken the free breakfast was tragic there was cereal waffles and mini muffins that’s it. It was so disappointing

The property is poorly maintained, the pool was disgusting, staff is hard to locate when needed, the breakfast was poorly managed, the elevator was aweful looking and sounded like it was ready to break down, room numbers are written on wall with pen etc etc too many more to list.

First, they didn’t have a key to open up my room had to go down to the lobby three times finally she came and open it with her master key the place stank like vomit. We had no TV because there was no Internet. There was no towels in the restroom had to go down to lobby again for the fifth time to get some towels, the place is a dump. Couldn’t even get half of my money back. Never stay there again or anybody that wants to stay there don’t do it. They should have somebody from quality suites come down and take a look at this place. It was horrible, but I had already made reservations. It was late and I was tired.
